Rose Lane Restoration

After a fire damaged this 1920s Haverford home, Period Architecture was enlisted to design its restoration, with the goal of blending reconstruction with renovation to enhance comfort, function, and natural light while preserving the original architectural character. The resulting design will enhance the exterior façade with added detailing and improve the interior with new finishes. The most severely damaged portion of the home will be rebuilt on its existing footprint, incorporating modern construction technologies and a more efficient layout. By paying careful attention to both historic charm and contemporary needs, the home will be revitalized for the next chapter of its story.
