The Glasshouse at Cedar Lakes Estate

The Glasshouse at Cedar Lakes Estate offers a panoramic event space tucked among the trees and the historic estate. The structure’s new glass and steel shell combines with a myriad of salvaged materials from the sprawling property which have been meticulously collected, restored, and repurposed. Upon entry, guests are met with a soaring vaulted ceiling and crackling wood-burning fireplace. Within this stone and timber reception hall, reclaimed doors flank the arched fireplace and lead to the new Glasshouse Atrium. Operable on three sides, the Atrium transforms into a multi-experience structure, positioned halfway between an indoor greenhouse and outdoor covered patio. During weddings, gatherings, and ceremonies, guests face the serene lakefront, while behind them, a stone façade and winged “ruins” conceal the back-of-house hustle and bustle.
