North East Riverfront Residence

Along the shoreline and among a leafy grove rests the North East Riverfront Residence. Originally built in the 1980s, this Maryland home needed a comprehensive renovation that would revitalize its deteriorating infrastructure while enhancing the style, both inside and out, to better suit its waterfront location. The new design embraces the home's connection to its natural surroundings by reconfiguring the interior layout, converting roofs into porches, and expanding windows to capitalize on the property's 180-degree view of the water. As guests step onto the grounds of the residence, they are greeted by mature trees and expanses of green. With its perch overlooking the Chesapeake Bay waterways, the new windows and balconies offer a multitude of opportunities for birdwatching, a favorite pastime of the homeowners. Inside, spacious living areas, skylights, and folding glass doors open to the beauty and peace of the great outdoors.
